I have rashes all over my body.

It started yesterday, when I was in the shower and the back of my neck felt horrendously itchy. I was just mildly annoyed because the back of my neck has been horrendously itchy for some time, and I thought it was just my hair being scratchy or something. But then I noticed that my shoulders were also very red, and then there were these rash things on my upper arm. My feet itched as well. I wondered if it was my bra doing strange things to my shoulders because I have had rashes sitting on dirty pillows before, and my clothes are always on a pile on my (dusty) chair before I put them in my cupboard. So I told my mum, and she gave me calamine lotion. I then embarked on a cupboard organising spree.

I was astonished at the clothes I had and how many didn't fit any more. I wasn't aware of how many dresses I actually owned; there was my mum's old bridal dress, a couple of red ones my mum told me I could wear today for national day celebrations ('course I flatly refused), one truly disgusting orange and brown one in the back of the closet in a plastic bag, and one less disgusting one which I am ashamed to admit I quite liked (pretty arty). There were also all those dresses that my aunt gave me some time ago and I put them all in the box my mum gave me for clothes I didn't want, except for one - I tried it on because it was the one that grossed me out the least and my mum told me it was nice and that I should wear a jacket over it, which I did, and in the end I kept it because at least, it was comfortable. There was this (red and white) jumper thing which I was apalled that I had. There was a skirt I loved that when I put on made me feel like a dumpling so it had to go, there were my favourite jeans which couldn't button any more, there were many tops which had armholes too small, so they all went into the box. And among the stack of school t-shirts, I really could not find my guitar shirt. =(

I went to bed soon after the cupboard was all done and the box was overflowing, and when I awoke my knees were red and looked like mosquitoes attacked them in the night. The back of my legs were all red, my feet itched and the rash on my arms had spread. My mum asked me if I still wanted to go to school, I said I did, because hell, who can miss singing national day songs?

Celebrations were uneventful. There was sec 1 songwriting competition, and I really think the winning song should go sell it to Dreamz FM and PCK to do, because it is hella funny and will so totally work in a music video. Sec 3 dance competition was pretty much the same old all-races type dance, but I really liked the cheorography for the winning dance, I thought it was very professional. And finally sec 4 fashion parade, where Kim wore shiny eyeshadow and has slightly straighter hair. ^^; So chio! Then of course, the highlight of the morning: sing song! XD Hand actions with Janice of course, and Charity and Hweifen too. It passed too quickly and everyone was singing loudly, wrongly, that we couldn't hear the recording and went on singing wrongly, loudly. And a bunch of people were trying to drown out the Chinese version of Together with the English one. Collected (not enough) songsheets after everything to use on Monday.

Headed off for brunch, quoting Weebl and Bob with Hanyin along the way. *sings* I am the MONKEY, I can go anywhere! Realised at BK that the rash had spread to my face, and therefore should not have anything to do with dirty clothes. My mum mentioned this morning that she had been putting bee pollen grains in my Milo, and I was probably allergic to that.

Went to Clementi intending to buy 20 cent flags with sweets in them for... Monday. Looked at ying4 yong4 wen2 stuff on the MRT. Went to the toilet and looked at my face which by then, looked hideous. Eventually got to Ginza Plaza, wondered if I would get to buy 20 cent flags with sweets in them, and of course didn't. They were 3 for a dollar, with no sweets in them, and I wondered why I bothered going all the way to Clementi. Sat in Macdonalds with a large iced lemon tea and wrote a ying4 yong4 wen2. I was itching like crazy, so I thought I'd go home and see a doctor.

At the clinic, I discovered a 1996 issue of Her World on the magazine rack. It contained pictures of some very horrific clothes. The doctor agreed that it might be the bee pollen that caused the rash, and he gave me some tablet things and a cream which I am supposed to take now (the tablets, not the cream). So er, I will go take them now. I hope that it fades down soon; I don't want to look like this for co- er. Monday.
